WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

This package includes:

  • Private 1:1 somatic exercises classes

  • Virtual or in-person (southern RI)

  • 25-class package

  • Email support in between classes

Payment options

$2,300 upfront (2 free classes)

$400/month x 6 months (1 free class)

$100/class

  • We meet regularly either virtually or in-person for a 45-minute somatic exercise class.

    The exercises build on each other with the goal being nervous system regulation and the physical and emotional discharge of stuck survival energy in the body.

  • I recommend a weekly class cadence, but I will work with your schedule to try and accommodate your needs.

    For optimal (and faster!) results, I recommend doing 2-4 minutes of practice 4-5 days/week in between classes.

  • The package includes 25 classes

    If you’d like to continue working with me after the 25 classes, we can discuss options.

  • Some people notice a difference after just one class! But the benefits you experience will really depend on your consistency between classes (although just a few minutes/day is all you need!)

    The release sequences are generally introduced around class 14 - this is where people generally experience the most profound results

    Finally, your results might not hit you at once. Over time you may notice improvements like sleeping through the night more often, or that you haven’t felt overwhelmed by anxious thoughts or had a fight with your partner in a while.

  • Loose, comfy clothes! No shoes but socks are optional. Layers for if you get cold.

    If you’re doing virtual classes you can set up either on the floor or in bed. The key is to be comfortable so use blankets and a mat as needed.
